Refund Policy

1. Free Plan
TenderAI currently offers a free plan. There are no charges, and therefore no refunds are applicable for free usage.
2. Paid Plan (When Launched)
When paid plans are introduced, the following refund policy will apply:
- 7-day refund window: If you are not satisfied with the paid service within 7 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund.
- Monthly subscriptions: Refunds are not provided for partial months after the 7-day window. You may cancel at any time and will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused months.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@tenderai.in with:
- Your registered email address
- Transaction details (payment date, amount, transaction ID)
- Reason for refund request
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- AI analysis results that you disagree with (the Service provides AI-assisted suggestions, not guaranteed outcomes)
- Issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate company profile data
- Service interruptions due to third-party API failures (Groq, Gemini, Supabase)
- Account suspension due to terms of service violations
