1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TenderAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TenderAI provides AI-assisted analysis of government and private tender documents. The Service generates eligibility assessments, bid recommendations, risk analysis, and document checklists based on information you provide. The Service is designed for Indian SMEs and MSMEs.

3. User Accounts

You must register to use core features. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate company information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activities under your account
  • Notifying us of any unauthorised use

4. AI Disclaimer — IMPORTANT

TenderAI is an AI-assisted tool, NOT a substitute for professional legal, financial, or procurement advice.

  • Analysis results may contain errors or omissions
  • AI-generated citations should be verified against original documents
  • Bid/no-bid recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees
  • You must manually verify all findings before submitting any tender
  • TenderAI is not liable for decisions made based on its analysis

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious files or content you do not have rights to
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Share your account with others
  • Use the Service to misrepresent your eligibility in actual tender submissions

6. Free and Paid Plans

TenderAI offers a free plan with limited analyses per month. Paid plans may be introduced in the future with additional features. We will notify existing users before any pricing changes take effect.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded tender documents are processed for analysis and are not shared with third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

TenderAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TenderAI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your company data remains yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, TenderAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost tenders, or business interruptions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
